Cold Process Roofing

For flat or low-pitched roofs, such as porches, carports and canopies, or commercial buildings, Clow installs complete roofing systems with materials that utilize a cold process application. Cold process simply means no heat is required for the application of the roof material. This is especially suitable for small to medium size residential applications and projects where hot asphalt, fumes or torching are not permissible or are undesirable.

Depending on the requirements of the specific roofing project, Clow installs 3-ply polyglass sheets, or modified bitumen rubber. These are self-adhering (peel and stick) roofing materials that offer strength and flexibility - qualities needed to stand up to extreme weather and temperatures variances year in and year out.
